Well, 25 days later, we are still stuck with the unusable My Accounts section that does nothing that Andy promised it would. NEWSFLASH: Andy, the new section is an unmitigated failure. It is awful! The creators and designers should now be EX-Marriott employees.
This thread has 168 posts, and NOT one person likes the new section. Three weeks ago, you promised that changes would be made.

yes, it has been a few weeks... Maybee it's just time to cancel a few reservations via the 800 #, and let the Marriott CS line know why.
