You are correct in stating that the "human beings" comment is from one lone STSO who does not reflect TSA mission statement. Heck, I have even known a few TSOs who did not even want passengers to be screened by WTMD or their property to be screened by x-ray. To those few TSOs (rare in TSA, I will state), to have people go through the WTMD was to violate someones humanity - but that in no way reflect any reality of TSAs core values.
