I have done my share of CZ flights and I must say they are consistently bland! No frills here in C or Y class.

Remember though, Delta will only give SkyMiles if the CZ flight is from/to USA or from/to HKG. No codeshares etc. which is a bit dodgy as sometimes in China you just never know what metal your going to end up on.

eg. On some Sunday's the HKG-Xiamen flight is flown by CZ and sometimes on Xiamen Airlines 757. Boarding pass is meaningless. Ticketing can be a nightmare often with double taxation for airport fees regardless of stopover status in HKG and food is not up to par. However - fares are identicle right across China.
