It's absolutely no problem to have call centre agents book outbound in one class and return in another. They could also waive the fee as this is not bookable online. However, do note that not all fares are combinable together. Therefore, it is quite possible (and in fact somewhat likely) that the cheapest mixed classes PV/J return will be (some times significantly) more expensive than cheapest PV outbound and cheapest J return.
