Hi,

Yes, I did do the ipconfig release and renew. Didn't work either.

I was in the lounge first thing in the morning and didn't see anyone else there. Unless the router is not releasing any IP addresses from the previous night or there are many people stealing the IPs outside of the lounge, I'm not sure what's wrong.
