It is as stated here not fully flat, and neither is the old LH jigsaw seat. Both are comfortable enough for sleeping, and the TG seat is a little bit better, as it is wider than the LH seat.

I would and have no problem with booking TG first and in fact my only problem with the seat is the small PTV.
