The only thing I don't like about Expedia is you cannot see the fare bucket of the ticket prior to purchase. If booking a flight to South America I want to make sure I'm not being sold an "O" fare and end up with zero miles.

I did hold an itinerary once and emailed them to ask about which inventory it would book into and the reply was "Economy"!! I gave up after that and now always book with AA directly
