Thanks for the info. Looking at FareCompare and ITA my best bet seems to be flying to SJU. I can get about 4.4K EQM for $277. Not great CPM but gets me more than I need at a pretty decent price and I could finally spend some time in SJU instead of just connecting through. I'll keep looking at other options though. I just signed up for ExpertFlyer. Their Fare Information tool is helpful but how do I then find if that exact fare is avaiable? I see booking classes for that fare avaiable but not sure how to find the exact Fare Basis.

P.S. Just because I find a fare on ITA doesn't mean that there will necessiarly be availability at that rate correct? I was checking DL to from DTW to SJU so a friend could go with. ITA show's the same matching fare as AA ~$275 but when I try and book on Delta.com the actual lowest available fare is close to twice that at $532 AI.
