I'd suggest trying the Citadines. It's an apart-hotel and will have rooms that sleep 4. There are many locations, the best in the 6th near rue Daulphine and Pont Neuf.
I was going to make the same suggestion- although the Bastille location which is also a great location for seeing Paris and usually is quite reasonably priced.
