It has been 25 days since Andy the Marriott Concierge proudly announced the new "My Account" section. Andy told us that it was developed because so many members asked for better access to our account information, reservation and offers. We will quickly be able to review our reservations, and easily keep track of our rewards.

Well, 25 days later, we are still stuck with the unusable My Accounts section that does nothing that Andy promised it would. All of the user-friendly functions were removed, and in its place, the previously easily accessible information was either made more difficult to access or no longer there. The new Trip Inspirations section is an absolute joke. NEWSFLASH: Andy, the new section is an unmitigated failure. It is awful! The creators and designers should now be EX-Marriott employees.

This thread has 168 posts, and NOT one person likes the new section. Three weeks ago, you promised that changes would be made. Yet we are still stuck with that awful section. I am a NYC resident and BROOKLYN is my Trip Inspirations destination. I cannot access more than 3 trips at a time, I cannot get a breakdown on my Bonus Nights, I cannot track my cancelled reservations, etc.. What a joke!. Andy, while the geniuses in your Marketing department are re-designing a new section, can you please reinstate the old "My Accounts" section that SHOULD HAVE NEVER been changed.
