I agree. Quattro is nothing extraordinary. Quite frankly IMO neither is Madera. Quattro is fine for a business meeting or a luxury roadside meal if you're on a road trip driving on the 101. There are plenty of other great restaurants in Silicon Valley or just a 10 minute drive west on University.
