Just let me know which hotel you're staying, how many people, and how much luggage...

But yes, you've got the site for the Airport Bus. A11 is the bus that goes to Central, Wan Chai and Causeway Bay. HK$40 each way.

Problem with the Airport Express is that both the Kowloon and Hong Kong stations are very inconvenient. The Kowloon station is in the middle of nowhere, so you have to transfer to a shuttle or a taxi to get to hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui. The Hong Kong station is a LONG walk from the Central MTR station, or again take a shuttle bus or taxi. To connect to other parts of Kowloon via MTR is ridiculous as well, as that involves changing trains 2-3 times.

Many people decide to use the hotel shuttles instead. About HK$100-150/person to the door of your hotel. That's the preferred way if you have lots of luggage.
