No, other than the pre-recorded announcement while I was waiting for an agent that "fees may apply". Neither the voicemail that I got nor the agent I spoke with said that I'd be charged.
Unfortunately just a general member on UA, but Star Alliance Gold (and Gold Preferred on US Airways).
