Was check in quick and efficient? N/A - Checked in Lisbon. Interestingly, I could not do web checkin from Lisbon but if I said my origin was LHR, it allowed me. Equally interesting, the TAP station at the airport in Lisbon found my bookng without a PNR!!
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? N/A
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? Lounge B/SAS at LHR.......the staff was very polite, but it really is getting tired, isn't it?

I think Heathrow has really improved. It was painless. Such a contrast to FRA recently.

Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Yes/Yes - on the ground but did not follow any order and did not address PAX by name. Why is this always so difficult?
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) NO issues
How was the quality of all the meals? Most of it was very good. Warm dish didn't taste that great (chicken).
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? Yes

I think addressing PAX by name and having a chance to order first is a nice perk of SE and its just so spotty in how it is applied.
