I just flew JFK-BOG last week. The plane was a domestic 737-700, though with pillows and duvets, and the service was:

JFK-BOG
Dinner
pre-departure champagne
warm nuts
salad/bread/appetizer course (indeed, duck and cous cous)
main course (I chose a steak tenderloin w/wasabi mashed potatoes)
dessert (I chose ice cream sundae)

BOG-JFK
Breakfast
Egg omelet with bacon, toast, and some other stuff
I actually didn't get to have this because the FA didn't notice I was awake and didn't ask me what I wanted until they were out

FYI, the last (3rd) row of the 737-700 F cabin makes for really poor seating on a red-eye, unfortunately, as the recline is quite restricted.
