Gents...You asked for for the resolution

Well nothing happened since !!!!!!

Its been almost a month since I stayed @ HI(X) and nobody contacted me from IHG Care except for the gentleman in our forums who sent me a private message containing a ticket number which was never processed.

So my experience is extremely bad and i don't think that i will be contacting IHG CARE ever again. I even never got a reply on the mail I sent on the same day i checked in even before i received a ticket number.

Long story short...BAD SERVICE (Except to the IHG personal in our forum who quickly replied with the ticket number but i couldn't do much with it since it has never been processed)

Regarding the Hotel; they didn't post my points till now I'm so in love with these guys they will never stop annoying me but on the bright side I've read some recent good reviews on Tripadvisor so maybe somebody read my review and kicked some A**
