My sister and mom are meeting in CDG Terminal 1 later this week. My sister is coming in from EWR on Continental and my mom 2 hours later on an Aer Lingus flight Boston via Dublin.

Will my sister be able to go through passport control, get her bags, and be able to wait for my mom as she exits passport control? Or is my mom bypassing passport control because she will go through it in Dublin? In that case can my sister access the Aer Lingus baggage claim after getting her bag.

My mom had a stroke a few years ago and is not always good with directions so we are looking for the easiest way to meet up. My sister does not want to leave her bag unclaimed for the 2 hours. Thanks
