You can always check the KLM website. Since a few months you get the option of a different number of fares buckets (non change ticket-change ticket-full fair ticket). Mostly this also gives the option for PV and Biz. So far I know you can't book a non change ticket eco one way, business return. You can however combine the pv option.
Otherwise just call, but they will probably not wave the excess fee for booking over the phone.

just tried it, but gives limited availibility for AF since KL can fly you themselves (actually on DL metal so avoid!). Only AF flights were AF0309/AF2074 and return AF1275/AF0306, no a380 and total costs $3100
