Ive seen lots of stability issues with AVOD, normally a reboot does the trick but my return flight back from the west coast this week was my worse AVOD experience; the whole system was down for the entire flight despite three complete reboots.
Now I had my iPad, it was a night flight and I wanted to sleep so I honestly wasn't bothered. (plus i had a very welcome OpUp to New F

). But I imagine some passengers probably werent too chuffed.
So what are BA's options here? Surely they have some recourse with the manufacturer for a system that isn't fit for purpose? How often do the complete failures happen?
P.S wanted to add that my F experience was top notch, a great crew who made all the difference and ran a very slick, professional service ^
