What do you mean by ex-amm ticketing being done outside the country? You can purchase online at the AMM fare, you can purchase in Canada at the AMM fare, you can purchase from an airline or travel agent in Jordan at the AMM fare, or you can purchase in another country at the other country's fare. Nothing has changed.
