No, you have no reason to expect any substantive engagement from Delta. Vapid happy talk is abundant on the Delta Blog - they're always "excited" about some mundane aspect of their airline, but have an honest dialogue on FT? Not going to happen.
UA and Starwood can face their customers, but Delta only lurks and "actively listens" - whatever the hell that means.
