I was just suggesting the fastest, most efficient way that I know of for 'official' communication - (FWIW, DL also maintains a 'Facebook presence') but also letting you guys know that many of the people you interact with on a daily basis (IE frontline) do read FT. We do care, but on the other hand we just have to be very careful in how we present ourselves and what we say in deference to company policy, hence the great majority of us will always be 'lurking'.
