That said, there are other representatives (i.e. Danny_DeltaeCommerce, Cheryl_DeltaOnline or Michelle_DeltaSkyMiles to name just a few) who are part of our social media ambassador team and are the primary sources of contact here. They monitor daily (just as I do) and periodically jump in when they are able to provide an answer that is not answered by the members of the FT community. . . . We encourage any and all of you to subscribe to, monitor or use as many of these tools as you want to in order to get information from Delta.
