Also strange: with normal platinum card, you receive lounge access. With FB platinum you don't receive lounge access, not even at KLM/AF lounge. I Find that quite rediculous. The only good thing about the platinum therefore are the miles.

Can someone explain how it works with the levels? The qualifying flights, (how, when, what if you have a stop over etc) the amount of Miles you fly and other useful things in this matter.

When do I receive my bonus Qualifying flights following the launch of the Flying Blue American Express Card?

A one-off bonus of 2 (Silver Card), 4 (Gold Card) or 8 (Platinum Card) extra Qualifying flights will be credited to your account between 18th November 2011 and early December 2011. These bonus Qualifying flights will be added to the Qualifying flights already on your Flying Blue account.
See here for the FAQ.

The main benefit for the FB Amex Platinum is that you can share your status with one person if you are FB Platinum yourself.

If you do not have FB Platinum status the advantage of the FB Amex Platinum may not that great for you (if you do not value the travel insurance and extra miles/segments) and the normal Amex Platinum might be a better choice if you want lounge access (Priority Pass).
