Printed boarding pass and mobile boarding pass have different seat numbers!
I've just checked in for a flight tomorrow. I checked on my phone to see if it was open and it was. Logged on to my PC, selected the seat I wanted and waited for it to process. At the same time I hit show boarding pass on my phone, (too keen, I know!) but the original seat came up! On the PC I kept getting a error message and it wouldn't show me my boarding pass. Logged out and back in and it let me print off the new boading pass with the new seat!
I've tried refreshing my app, but the original seat is still showing. On checkmytrip.com I'm sure it used to show seat numbers once allocated, but that may have been for different airlines, but anyway, I can't double check to see if what has been selected.
I'm going to use the printed boarding pass tomorrow to see what happens. I might go to a kiosk and print out another pass to see what it gives me if I have time!
Has this happened to anyone else before? If so, how was it resolved?
