EDIT: ok I kind of figured this out - very convoluted: you have to click on "Air" then "View Reservation", and then type in your reservation #, name, etc. From there once you view the reservation, there is a tiny icon that says "print / email" that you have to click on, and then there is a pop-up to add e-mail to send.
Thanks for the tip! I found this thread via Google. Just made my first WN booking since RR 2.0 and wow, the web site is definitely more cluttered and less intuitive in some ways than it used to be. I can't believe there's no e-mail function from the itinerary page itself.
