ABC jerk

I want to share a story which got me mad at the CX lounge last week, to show what people in customer service have to put up with:

I was using the computer at the TPE mini-Wing, when I overheard a 30-something year old guy's telephone conversation with the MPC hotline:

- I am calling to check on the status of an upgrade from HKG to JFK on .... What? Still not come through? Can you check for other connections? Well through LAX for example...Also nothing....SFO would be fine. No I am not going to fly SFO-JFK in economy, that won't do ... well don't just say you are sorry, *****, find me another connection ... put your supervisor on, I need to speak to your supervisor ... I am a Silver member, it's impossible you don't have a seat... I am sure you can find me a seat, you just don't want to, *****.

And so on. Extremely rude all the way, and insulting.

I always try to be polite with customer service staff, because the job they have is really not easy. There are just too many arrogant jerks in this world.
