Recently stayed at this property in Sept 2011.

Found it to be very much a business hotel without much personality, which was good and bad.

No upgrade as an Elite member for me sadly.

The Parque Arauco Mall was almost right next door which had lots of Western Style restaurants.

The downside was a long walk to the subway. At least 18 minutes. I only did it once, it was a bit of a pain.
