While I oft deride anecdotes, I feel obliged to proffer one of me own.
Twice I have received undeserved bonuses for cards issued by Chase. I prefer not to think those bonuses were mistakes, but, instead, largesse from Chase for the merchant fees from the $70,000+ in annual spend I push through that bank's greedy clutches. Or it could have been dumb luck. But
twice?
