Am headed to PEK from DC. Will be going to JFK to catch 889 to HKG, then on to PEK. Do you gents have suggestions for adapting to the drastic time flip? And for the return? Leaving after working all day, and returning the night before returning to work. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!
