If it is only just carrying only one more SIM and just card swapping. There is the procedure upon arrival and departure and redirecting you main contact point.

Most people who do business across SE Asia has more than one SIM on top of their home base one.

SIM wallets are sold at many street markets and travel specialty store to hold multiple SIMs but I have never seen them besides Ebay, DealExtreme in North America.
