My guess is that this is an intellectual exercise. I've not been able to confirm a SWU at the time of booking for over a year. This is with giving a 2-week window either direction of desired departures. I was specifically told by a 1K Voice response that SWUs are typically "confirmed at the airport" these days. Doubt that your biz class only person will want that.
