Quick question

My husband got an offer from delta to get a 30 day membership to the sky lounges....we will have a 5-1/2 hour layover at FCO between our flight from Atlanta and our flight to Cairo next week... Delta's website says we can use the air France lounge at FCO...but is it near terminal 3 where our Egypt air flight is supposed to be leaving from, and is it a decent lounge worth getting this membership for? I thought it might be better than sitting in the terminal for that long, but then I read some of the reviews on here and I'm confused as to which lounge we would have access to and if it would be worth it. Thanks!
