I'm not exactly sure that the budget travel forum is the ideal place to discuss a $4,000 business class ticket, but I can imagine a consolidator could hit that price point under the right circumstances -- is the flight from HK to LA a non-stop? If not, I could see it on Philippine airlines, for example.
