Forthcoming flight on CX839

I am very happy to be flying CX J class again after a longish break - CX839 YVR-HKG on 2 Feb, followed by CX155 HKG-MEL (via ADL). I first flew CX J class from MEL to HKG several years ago and was overjoyed by the quality of the service.

My last CX flight was in 2002 HKG-MEL in NBC.

In terms of the service and amenities in J class on CX839, have things changed much? I have read that SARS made some changes - no hot towels and no meals "off the trolley" - but has this changed now that SARS has passed? Plastic cutlery? Is that vulgarity still foisted on hapless travellers?

Thanks in advance. I am excited about having the opportunity to travel on CX again.
