Are you kidding me? Between the British couple spending weeks in jail after CBP screwed up and they got "caught" an an internal immigration checkpoint...CBP agents Googling incoming tourists...the TSA as a whole...the de facto requirement to have a car anywhere in the USA except a handful of locales...I'm surprised _anyone_ voluntarily visits the USA.
If I were a foreigner living abroad, I'd be hesitant to set foot in the USA. Heck, if I were an American living abroad, I'd be hesitant to set foot in the USA.
