Should be - what they normally mean is no mileage accrual on AAdvantage. My understanding is that AsiaMile earning classes are the same for any country of residence. Of course the default rules can always be overridden - CX does sometimes issue tickets in one of these classes but endorsed to say "NO AsiaMiles accrual". If your ticket says that then you ain't going to get any AsiaMiles.
