Would agree on 7a - I fly EWR-EDI frequently and try to snag that seat if I can. Winter-time boarding in EWR it can be a bit chilly, but that's why they have TATL blankets still - right? Although 7c has lots of legroom, your feet and legs will be trodden on continually by pax lining up to use the nearby lavatory . It's also noisier from the constant whining coming from the galley across the aisle.
