The monitor is a pull-up, located by the left side of the seat. Remember 7ABC are slightly narrower seats due to the fixed armrests. However, as previously stated, they are still a great choice. Row 21 has lots of room but on night flights when people are sleeping it's still a squeeze to exit the window seats.

The touchscreen monitors in the seatbacks can be a pain when the person seated behind think they have to push the screen through the back of your head to change channels!
