I had exactly the same course choices as you on our recent flight to YVR. The salmon starter was indeed very nice but I do wish I had taken the chicken instead of the braised beef...it wasn't quite how I imagined it would be.

I was satisfied with our sandwiches and scones...I felt it was just about right for that length of flight.
