Check further out, the airlines sometimes cancel LAS routes in Nov-Jan time and bring them back after that. Also I take Saturday night LAS redeyes about 10 times a year so -- personally I think Saturday is a great time for redeyes, they are usually packed. I know UA cut the Saturday night redeye LAS-IAD (which I take regularly) in October/November but I think it is temporary.
