I thought the same thing as well so I asked them if I would have to pay the fee even thoughI made my reservation months ago and they said the fee still applies I would have thought it only would have been applied to future reservations after the fee first started not retro active it
There you go we all pretty much "see" the future of this property. by the by i do hear that the new HP is suppose to be pretty nice if an actual gotta see the beach is not that important
