Folks, as mentioned by the OP above, let's keep this discussion of banking fees centered around how the fee affects your perception of value of how it relates to the AS program. This is not the place for a general discussion of the merits and failures of banking bail-outs.

If this discussion moves in that direction, we'll be forced to close this thread or move it to OMNI.
