Fuding nanyang and jasmine needle. The nanyang is superb but it is a traditional chinese tea -- so not like western tea! The Jasmine is more conventional and also exceptional. The attendant can show you how to drink the tea (it is served chinese style, though I suppose they will use a teapot if you insist).
