What time zone counts as midnight for Delta (I assume ET since they're based in ATL)?
And if I want to maximize the amount of time I can "hold" a ticket before refunding it, should I book it at 12:01a so that I have that entire day plus the next day? Would it just be til midnight that night? Etc?
I am quite sure that the time is from the zone of your departure city; just like checking in on line. If you mde the reservation on the east coast and are checking in on the west cost, you check in on west cost time.
