It is totally up to you.

But remember - you can now only get one bonus, regardless you apply UA or CO.

There is no such thing for UA/CO card at this moment. (Spending requirement is basically a benefit for the card, not as a one-time bonus as the cardholders will get 10K miles for $25K spending).
