In Jordan, as vuittonsofstyle points out the FS Amman is a luxury hotel. After that there are nice hotels in Jordan but nothing that truly fits in the luxury category. The IC Acqaba is a nice hotel but I had problems with loud music emanating from the nightclub. I had a high-floor room that faced the back of the hotel and the music from the club was seemingly as high as it could go. A call to the front desk yielded limited results.

The Movenpick Hotel on the Dead Sea is another nice hotel in Jordan.
