since you are on a seperate ticket you will not be allowed your international baggage allowance....

taken from a recent email i received from jet:

Domestic Baggage Allowance
With effect from October 1, 2011, if separate tickets are issued for domestic (India) and for the onward international connection(s), the domestic (India) baggage allowance will be honoured for travel within India on Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect or JetLite and for the onward international connection the respective international baggage allowance would apply
