Answering my own question:

IF yes, $0.65 to China (when in HK) and $1 to HK (when in China) (?)
Local call $0.10 / minute.

Available in OK store and 7-11.
This is the one I use when going to China nowadays:

HK->HK $0.45
HK->China $0.45
HK->US/Canada $0.45
China->China $0.6
China->HK $0.8
China->US/Canada $5.8

All in HK$.

One issue I have is that I cannot just buy a regular mainland China Mobile recharge card to top up the account while in China. Have to do it in HK, or use a HK issued recharge card. Online is okay.
