I love looking out and trying to figure out what city we are flying over, or what scenic area or mountain range we are seeing, or look out at the clouds and weather. But the funny thing is most people rarely look outside, even if we are close to landing and the weather is clear and the view spectaular. I always wondered why?

Yes, some of the passengers are road warriers and have seen it all before. Others may be afraid or lack intellectual curiousity.
